The Newest Addition to my Mom-iform

Truth: I have not worn a watch since I had my first child.

That has changed now that I have found my new JORD watch.

Ever since I had Juliet, and I found her pulling on every necklace, bracelet, watch, or earring that I put on, I have kept my jewelry extremely simple. I wear the same necklace every day (which I have already replaced once when the girls broke it), no bracelets, no earrings, and only my wedding rings. With a watch, I always felt like it got in the way when I tried to pick up the kids and I was also worried about scratching it while playing around with them.

When I put on this watch, it just felt different. I got the Frankie watch in Zebrawood and Champagne, and it is the lightest watch I have ever worn. It is so comfortable to wear that I forget I have it on and still find myself looking to my phone for the time. I guess I still need to get used to the whole watch thing. Also, because it is wood, I am not worried about scratching it every time I am playing with the girls.

I love how classic this watch looks, and it has been so easy to wear with everything. It clearly goes with my mom-uniform of a t-shirt and shorts, as you can see here and here, but I have seriously worn it every day since I received it. I even paired with a dress for the 4th of July, here.

If you are looking for a classic, every day watch, today is your lucky day! I am so excited to partner with JORD Watches to give away an amazing prize. Using the link below, also found in my Instagram bio, every person who enters the contest will go into a drawing to win a $100 gift card to use on the JORD site! One lucky person will win the $100, but everyone that enters will receive an appreciation code worth $25 to use once the contest ends! The giveaway will close on July 30th, then both the $100 and $25 gift codes will expire on October 29th.

I am super excited for this contest and can’t wait to find out who wins!

Okay, ready to shop wood watches?
